Diane has been living and working with dogs since childhood. She has taken her love of dogs, commitment to the study of animal behavior, along with her 20 years of Management and Sales experience and has utilized these skills to help people and their pets live happier lives together. Diane has a gift for teaching and a passion for explaining and demonstrating positive reinforcement training techniques in a way that people can easily understand and embrace.

She is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer, a professional member of the APDT and a member of the ABMA. Her credentials also include: Graduate of Dana Crevling’s Instructor Training Course, winning the “Inspiration Award” for her work with her assigned shelter dog. Graduate of Dana Crevling’s Behavior Problems and Consulting Course. Diane is very active in pursuing continuing education and attends seminars and courses, staying in touch with the latest research and techniques in behavioral science.

Diane lives with her Collie Samson, who is responsible for the journey into positive reinforcement training and holistic health for animals; Ginger- a rescued mix breed who came to her with severe separation anxiety and fear of men, Nic- a large and in charge tabby cat who thinks he’s a dog and last but certainly not least……Vern, a wonderful AND very understanding husband!
